完成後提供大腦健康風險評估和後續建議。
問卷所得之數據將支持科研與預防政策制定 (將遵從《私隱條例》處理)。
Hong Kong's first census project targeting future brain health risks in young and middle-aged adults, focusing on the critical 30-65 age group for preventing dementia.
The initiative collaborates with two leading dementia research experts from the Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
The questionnaire predicts an individual’s dementia risk in 20 years and integrates the latest reversible risk factors for dementia published in The Lancet journal in 2024 .
The questionnaire process provides insights into brain health risk factors and preventive measures against cognitive decline.
Upon completion, participants receive a personalized brain health risk assessment and follow-up recommendations.
Data collected will support scientific research and the formulation of preventive policies (handled in compliance with the Privacy Ordinance).
